These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hbaj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the hbaj website and services ("you", "the User", "the Player"). By using the hbaj platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the hbaj platform including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, the Wheel category, the Crickex section, account management, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, promotions, and customer support interactions. Additional rules and conditions may apply to specific products or promotions; where such additional rules exist, they are to be read alongside these Terms and, in the event of a conflict, the additional product-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific product only.

hbaj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

The hbaj platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active hbaj account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hbaj operates a strict 18+ policy and maintains the right to request proof of age from any registered user at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance will be subject to review before return.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered hbaj account. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement, either through hbaj's own self-exclusion tool or through any applicable national self-exclusion registry.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registration using fictitious, borrowed, or third-party identities is prohibited.
• Not an Employee: hbaj employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to maintain player accounts on the platform.

To access the full functionality of the hbaj platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a player account via the hbaj login and registration page. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a chosen password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. hbaj will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. hbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point hbaj deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your hbaj account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. hbaj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once your account is fully verified, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers. hbaj reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or for security review purposes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the hbaj account holder.
• hbaj reserves the right to require that a deposit be wagered at least once before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, to prevent money laundering through the platform.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• hbaj will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets.
• In the event that hbaj identifies a technical error that resulted in an incorrect balance being credited to your account, hbaj reserves the right to correct the balance at any time, including by reversing any withdrawals made using funds erroneously credited.

hbaj offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh — are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual bonus offer page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the individual offer terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance without further notice.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. hbaj reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash equivalent and may not be transferred to another account.
• Abuse: hbaj reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers rather than to engage in genuine play.

All sports bets placed on hbaj are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., cricket, football, kabaddi) are published separately within the relevant sportsbook sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• A bet is not confirmed until hbaj's system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets remain pending until the relevant event is settled.
• hbaj reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published in error, where a technical fault occurred, or where there is reasonable evidence of match irregularity or result manipulation.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of hbaj and may be suspended or restricted at any time during a live event. In-play odds are updated in real time; the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply.
• Bet settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). In the event of a disputed result, hbaj may delay settlement until the official outcome is confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• hbaj does not accept bets placed by or on behalf of individuals with inside information relating to the relevant event.

Casino games available on hbaj — including but not limited to live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), slot games, crash games (including Aviator), and Wheel titles — are provided by certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

All casino games on hbaj operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. • In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game round will be completed according to the rules of the relevant game and the outcome recorded by the provider's server will be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbaj platform. hbaj reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, cancellation of bets or winnings, and permanent ban — in response to any of the following:

• Creating or operating more than one hbaj account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or interact with the hbaj platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding hbaj or other users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting with bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits on the hbaj platform (money laundering).
• Placing bets using insider knowledge or information not available to the general public regarding the outcome of a sporting event.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

hbaj cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information where required by lawful process. In cases of suspected money laundering or fraud, hbaj may freeze account balances pending investigation and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

hbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms or any product-specific rules.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hbaj will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two business days. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbaj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hbaj platform without prior written consent from hbaj.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any third-party intellectual property to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaj, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the hbaj platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or external cyber events.

hbaj's total aggregate liability to any individual player, in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their hbaj account in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hbaj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

hbaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hbaj uses personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications where you have opted in. hbaj does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

You have the right to request access to the personal data hbaj holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to hbaj's legal retention obligations.
